475 competition at bodyweight of 215 (belt only)

Bench Press: 405 (gym) - bodyweight 220
365 (competition) - bodyweight 215

Deadlift: 525 competition, 515 gym (my Deadlift sucks)

Strict Standing Press: 250


I don't use squat suits, bench shirts, or drugs. I compete unequipped and drug free.
