Squat - Bench - Power Clean

Back Squat

5 x 5 x 385 - felt pretty light, was able to go on short rest.

Bench

5 x 5 x 295 - same, although I was a little sore from inclines on saturday

Power Cleans

15 x 1 x 230 - one rep per 60 seconds

Wide Overhand Pull Ups

3 x 12-8-8
